Plaintiffs in this patent infringement action seek a preliminary injunction barring Defendants from manufacturing or selling the accused device. The case has been before a Special Master since November 1997.1 The Special Master, after holding two evidentiary hearings, found that Plaintiffs, who waited six years after discovering the infringement before bringing suit, would not be irreparably harmed...
