BRYNER, Justice.
Alvie and Wanda Hughes, former employees at a storage facility owned by Matthew Bobich, sued Bobich in 1991 for unpaid overtime compensation and medical benefits. In 1995, the parties settled the merits of the case, leaving open issues of attorney's fees and prejudgment interest.
