MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

PARKER, District Judge.

Defendant moved for summary judgment on plaintiff's Title VII and state law claims arguing that they are barred by the tender back rule and the ratification doctrine.

On November 17, 1997, I entered an Order staying proceedings pending a decision by the United States Supreme Court in Oubre v. Entergy Operations, Inc., which I believed would be directly relevant to issues in this action....
