Following defendant's plea of guilty to the charge of improper parking on the George Washington Memorial Parkway (the "Parkway"), the Magistrate Judge ordered defendant to pay a $300 fine and sentenced him to a one-year period of supervised probation with certain specific conditions, including a six-month restriction on defendant's driving.
