WALKER, Chief Justice.

A jury found Marcus Wright guilty of retaliation and assessed punishment at confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, for a term of ten years, and a $5,000 fine. The trial court ordered the sentence to be served consecutively to the offense for which Wright was incarcerated at the time he committed the offense.
