HUDSON, Justice.

Appellant, Tu Minh Trinh, was indicted for possession of a prohibited weapon. His first trial ended in a hung jury. He was, however, convicted at his second trial and sentenced to confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for a term of seven years. Appellant brings four points of error, complaining: (1) the trial court erred in failing to suppress evidence; (2) the State withheld the names...
