REX D. DAVIS, Chief Justice.

The court convicted Appellant Ben Taulung in a bench trial of sexual assault. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 22.011(a)(1)(A) (Vernon Supp.1998). The court sentenced him to five years' imprisonment and no fine. Taulung's appellate counsel filed a motion to withdraw from representation of Taulung with a supporting Anders brief. See Anders v.
