The motion by appellant for stay of execution and the additional emergency motion for stay of execution are allowed. The execution is stayed for 90 days from the date of this order.

The case is remanded to the Circuit Court of Peoria County for further proceedings. The State shall produce the underlying data in the DNA testing in this case, and shall provide access to the evidentiary material for independent testing, by a laboratory selected by the defense...
