DICKENSON, Justice.

United Services Automobile Association Casualty Insurance Company (USAA) filed a declaratory judgment suit against its insureds, Jan Iden Evry and Arthur Evry, claiming that USAA did not have any liability to indemnify them for the fire loss of Jan's house and for the fire loss of the contents which were owned by Jan and her present husband. The Evrys filed a counterclaim for the sums which they claimed were due under their policy...
