Jarrett Dixon, a fifteen year old, was arrested for three counts of armed robbery on February 22, 1997. At a hearing on February 24, 1997, counsel for the juvenile stipulated as to probable cause. At that hearing the assistant district attorney informed the trial court that the matter was being considered for transfer to Criminal District Court where Dixon would be prosecuted as an adult.
