We grant appellant's motion for rehearing. We withdraw our previous opinion and substitute the following in its place.1

The jury found appellant, Kenneth W. Young, guilty of criminal trespass and indecent exposure. The trial court assessed punishment for each offense at a fine of $200.00. We reverse the conviction for criminal trespass and affirm the conviction...
