This is a consolidated appeal concerning the standard of review under section 25.25(g) of the Texas Tax Code. TEX. TAX CODE ANN. § 25.25(g) (Vernon 1992). Appellants, G.E. American Communication, Inc. (G.E.American) and World Houston, Inc.
