AMY, Judge.

In this workers' compensation case, Richard L. Brown filed a claim against his employer, Texas-LA Cartage, Inc., for penalties and attorney's fees he claimed were due as the result of untimely benefit payments. Following a hearing on the matter, the workers' compensation judge denied the claim as well as the employer's claim for sanctions. Both parties now appeal the decision. For the following reasons, we affirm.
