Defendants appeal from a judgment for plaintiffs on their claims to quiet title and for trespass and against defendants' counterclaim for a prescriptive easement. The court declared that defendants have no legal entitlement to use a road passing through plaintiffs' property. Although plaintiffs' claim for trespass is an action at law, the parties agreed to try all the claims to the court.
