This is an appeal of a declaratory judgment and a permanent injunction prohibiting the appellants William R. Scott and Bessie E. Scott (the "Scotts") from using a roadway located on property owned by appellees Dennis P. Cannon and Katherine Berkley Cannon (the "Cannons").
