Plaintiff's three-count complaint alleging discrimination and retaliation under the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and the Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA") of 1993, 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq., comes before the Court on defendant's motion to dismiss.
