The issue in this disciplinary case is whether the accused violated DR 6-101(B) (neglect of a legal matter entrusted to a lawyer) in his representation of a client. A trial panel found that the accused did not violate that disciplinary rule, and the Oregon State Bar (the Bar) timely petitioned for review. Bar Rules of Procedure (BR) 10.1.
