This appeal arises from a jury's conviction of Johnny Leal on one count of theft of livestock. After convicting Leal, the jury sentenced him to five years' imprisonment. In four points of error Leal contends the trial court erred by denying his motion for an instructed verdict, the evidence does not support the conviction as charged, the trial court erred in its charge to the jury, and the court erred by admitting evidence of an extraneous...
