This cause of action involves $4.4 million worth of cranberries delivered by Plaintiff Hiller Cranberry Products, Inc. ("Hiller"), to Koplovsky Foods, Inc. ("KFI"). The cranberries were subsequently delivered by KFI to Clermont, Inc. ("Clermont").
