Pending before this court are the Plaintiff's "Motion to Remand and Tax Costs" and the defendants' "Motion for Severance of Claims" and "Motion to Stay." After carefully considering said motions, as well as the responses thereto, this court finds that the motion to remand should be granted but that no costs should be taxed, and that the motion for severance of claims and the motion to stay should be denied...
