TJOFLAT, Circuit Judge:

Jackie Rue and Willie Williams challenge the sufficiency of the evidence supporting their convictions on one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine base (crack cocaine) in violation of 21 U.S.C. sections 841(a)(1) and 846 (1994). In addition, Rue appeals the district court's attribution to her, at sentencing, of 500 grams of cocaine base — an amount that she had negotiated to sell to a government agent but which she did not deliver...
