A grand jury charged Floyd McLean in a four-count indictment with one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute crack cocaine, two counts of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, and one count of doing so while carrying a firearm. A jury convicted him on all counts, and he was sentenced to 405 months on the conspiracy and possession charges and 60 months, to be served consecutively, on the firearm charge. He...
