Appellant was charged with and found guilty of Conspiracy to Commit Rape, Rape (Unconscious), Indecent Assault (Without Consent), Indecent Assault (Unaware), Recklessly Endangering, and Impersonating a Public Servant in a trial by jury. Appellant was sentenced to seven (7) years, three (3) months, to fifteen (15) years, eleven-and-one-half (11½) months of incarceration. Appellant filed a petition under the Post-Conviction Relief Act ("PCRA")...
