PREWITT, Presiding Judge.

Plaintiff sought damages for personal injuries. Defendants filed a motion seeking to have the matter dismissed, as the petition "has failed to state a cause of action or claim against defendants ... upon which the relief therein sought may be granted." The trial court entered judgment sustaining the motion to dismiss and dismissing the action. Plaintiff appeals.1
