THIS CAUSE is before the Court on the following motions: (1) Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction; (2) Defendants' Emergency Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction; and Defendants' Motion to Vacate the Temporary Restraining Order.
