OPINION

WALKER, Chief Justice.

A jury convicted LaSalle for having committed the felony offense of Injury to a Child. The jury subsequently assessed punishment at confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice—Institutional Division for a term of twenty (20) years. Appellant was also assessed a fine of $10,000. Twelve points of error are raised for our consideration. Eight of said points of error...
