SMITH, Judge.

Azeal Morgan was indicted by a Mitchell County grand jury for the offenses of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, OCGA § 16-13-30(b), and operating a vehicle without a driver's license, OCGA § 40-5-20. A jury found Morgan guilty on both counts, and he appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence on the possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.1
