Plaintiffs appeal from the judgment in two consolidated cases, both of which relate to the disposition of the life insurance proceeds payable on the death of Belden R. Webber. Plaintiff Lorene Webber was married to decedent at the time of his death in September of 1993. Plaintiffs Kenneth, Stevan and Michael Webber are decedent's sons.
