This matter comes before the Court on Defendant's Amended Motion To Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence. On March 3, 1994, Defendant pled guilty to the distribution of 50 or more grams of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A)(iii)(1997).
