QUINN, Justice.

Following a plea of guilty by Paul Lucero (Lucero) to the offense of driving while intoxicated (DWI), and a plea of true to a paragraph in the information alleging a prior conviction for DWI, the trial court sentenced Lucero to one year imprisonment. However, the sentence was suspended, and the court placed appellant on community supervision for two years. The State now appeals the judgment. It contends...
