QUINN, Justice.

Following a plea of guilty by Paul Lucero (Lucero) to the offense of driving while intoxicated (DWI), and a plea of true to a paragraph in the information alleging a prior conviction for DWI, the trial court sentenced Lucero to one year imprisonment.
