THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Jackson Memorial Hospital's (the "Hospital") Motion for Summary Judgment (the "Motion"). Plaintiff Carl M. Goldsmith sued the Hospital alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and the Florida Civil Rights Act ("FCRA"), Fla.Stat. § 760.10
