The appellee, Kettler Brothers, Inc., is a builder which has been in the business of building and selling residential townhouses in Montgomery County since the late 1970's. The three appellants, suing on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated, purchased townhouses from Kettler Brothers between December, 1985 and October, 1986.
