Marvin N. Egan1 sued Robert and Cindy Cauble for injuries suffered while trying to lead the Caubles' mare away from a public road. The trial court granted a summary judgment of dismissal. Taking the evidence and reasonable inferences in the light most favorable to Egan,2 we reverse.
