OPINION

HARTZ, Chief Judge.

{1} The State appeals a district court order suppressing cocaine seized from Defendant's person after a deputy sheriff stopped a vehicle in which Defendant was a passenger. The deputy stopped the vehicle because of a cracked windshield. The district court ruled the stop unlawful. We hold that the stop was lawful if the deputy had reasonable grounds to believe that the crack rendered the vehicle dangerous to operate on the highway...
