Plaintiff Daniel Sharkey brings this action against defendants Lasmo (AUL Ltd.) ("Lasmo") and Ultramar Corporation ("Ultramar") pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. Sharkey, a Vice President and Manager for Ultramar Energy Limited ("UEL") during all relevant times, alleges that due to his age, he was denied employment opportunities...
