Pending before the court is Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. (Docket No. 24.) In the complaint, Plaintiffs allege that Co-plaintiff Lamboy was terminated from her position with the Puerto Rico Telephone Company ("PRTC") in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (the "Act" or the "ADA"), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213, because of a physical disability caused by carpal tunnel syndrome...
