RUSSON, Justice:

Alicia Larson appeals from the trial court's dismissal of her suit against Park City Municipal Corporation. The trial court dismissed Larson's suit because of Larson's alleged failure to properly filed a notice of claim as required by the Utah Governmental Immunity Act. We reverse.
