This cause is before the court on a Motion to Remand by Plaintiff Loretta C. Stoudemire ("Stoudemire"), filed on August 20, 1998. Stoudemire originally filed her Complaint in this action on July 7, 1998 in the Circuit Court for Macon County, Alabama. In her Complaint, Stoudemire asserts two claims arising under state law.
