Plaintiffs bring this action pursuant to the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act ("PACA"), 7 U.S.C. § 499a et seq., seeking to recover unpaid debts from the sale of agricultural commodities. The case is before the court on defendant Great-Banc Trust Company's motion for summary judgment (Doc. 88).1 For the reasons set forth below, the motion is denied.
