PER CURIAM.
This is a post-conviction application for writ of habeas corpus forwarded to this Court in accord with Article 11.07, V.A.C.C.P. In 1985 applicant pled guilty in Dallas County to sexual assault and two counts of indecency with a child. The court sentenced him to confinement for five years in each case, but subsequently granted applicant's motion for shock probation.
