Before the court is a motion for summary judgment (# 24) by defendant Fleet Delivery Service ("Fleet") against all claims brought by plaintiff Al M. Hotchkins ("Hotchkins"). Hotchkins alleges racial discrimination in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a) and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
