We granted the interlocutory application of Rovema Verpackungsmaschinen, GmbH ("Rovema GmbH"), a German corporation. Rovema GmbH contends the trial court erred in denying its motion to dismiss Robert and Charlise Deloaches' motion for entry of default judgment against it based on lack of service. We agree.
