Pending before the Court is defendant Tex-Shield, Inc.'s ("Tex-Shield") Motion for a Stay Pending Arbitration, or, in alternative, for Dismissal, and Stay of Discovery (Docket # 6). Plaintiff DJ Manufacturing Corporation ("DJM") filed an opposition to Tex-Shield's motion (Docket # 13). Subsequently, Tex-Shield was granted leave to file a reply to DJM's opposition, which it did (Docket # 19)....
