REED, District Judge:

Charles Connelly (hereinafter, "Defendant") pled guilty on separate occasions in 1997 to one count of bank fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1344 and one count of credit card fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1029(a)(2). Departing upward, and denying a requested downward adjustment for acceptance of responsibility, the district court sentenced him to 60 months for each charge, to be served concurrently. He now challenges his sentence. We have jurisdiction...
