OPINION

GERBER, Judge.

¶ 1 Billy Joe Flannigan ("Flannigan") appeals his convictions and sentences for negligent homicide, aggravated assault and endangerment. Because we conclude that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress the results of a warrantless blood test, we reverse Plannigan's convictions and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.
