We affirm the denial of Michael's petition to disestablish his paternity of J.P.M. (hereinafter referred to as J.M.).1 In doing so, we hold that the trial court did not err in finding the denial was in the best interests of the child. Due to the absence of an order establishing paternity in another man, Michael is still the presumed father and the trial court did not err in ordering him to pay child support. We reject Michael...
