WOLHEIM, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals a judgment entered for defendants after the trial court granted defendants' motion for summary judgment and denied plaintiff's motion. We review the cross-motions for summary judgment as a matter of law, Hampton Tree Farms, Inc. v. Jewett, 320 Or. 599, 613, 892 P.2d 683 (1995), and affirm.
