Before the Court is Defendant Carnival Cruise Lines' ("Carnival") unopposed motion to dismiss. Plaintiff Claudio Lorenzo Pérez ("Lorenzo") is a Puerto Rico resident. Carnival is a Panamanian corporation with its principal place of business in Florida.
