YAÑEZ, Justice.

We review this case on remand. We originally reversed the cause because we found the trial court had abused its discretion in failing to suppress the evidence seized, which abuse led to appellant's conviction. Loesch v. State, 921 S.W.2d 405 (Tex.App.—Corpus Christi 1996). The court of criminal appeals vacated our decision, however, because we individually analyzed the factors...
