Before the Court is Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, filed September 2, 1998. In it, Defendants argue that Plaintiff's claims are barred by the statute of limitations. In the alternative, Defendants claim that judgment is warranted because Plaintiff has not presented any genuine issues of material fact with respect to any of his claims.
